Do you need my password?

No. We only need the public link to your page or post. Never share your password with anyone, including us.

Are these real people?

Real people in Nigeria do the work by hand. That is why orders take hours, not seconds. We cannot control what a platform does with your account, so start with a small pack if you want to see how it works first.

How long does an order take?

Usually several hours, and bigger orders take longer. You can watch your order move from waiting, to in progress, to done on your orders page.

How do I pay?

Top up your wallet by bank transfer or card, in naira. The smallest top up is ₦1,000. Your wallet is credited when the payment is confirmed, and you spend from it on any order.

What if my order is not fully delivered?

The part we could not deliver goes straight back to your wallet, so you only pay for what was delivered.

I paid but my balance did not change. What do I do?

Open Add funds and press "Paid but not credited? Check". If it still shows nothing after a few minutes, send us a ticket with your payment reference and we will sort it out.
